AV-8 Harrier Attack Flight
AV-8 Harrier Attack Flight contains two plastic AV-8 Harrier aircraft, two plastic flight stands, one decal sheet and one unit card.
The US Marine Corps adopted the British Hawker-Siddley Harrier, the famed ‘Jump Jet’, in 1971. Designated AV-8, the Harrier is a high performance jet aircraft that is uniquely capable of vertical and short take off and landing (VSTOL). It does this by swivelling its exhaust nozzles down to allow it to take off vertically.
